Tracking your Support Requests

Each time a comment is added, or your request changes state, you will receive an email notification.

In addition, you can login to the Wicket Help Centre to see the status and details of each current and historical request through the “My activities” page. Here you can see all requests you’ve submitted, as well as view requests submitted by others within your organization.

You can reply to requests either by replying to the email notifications, or directly in the ticket within the Help Centre’s “My activities” page.
